1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Voco ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. The Service and AI Output
Voco is an AI-powered sales coaching platform that lets you practice roleplay scenarios and receive feedback. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for training purposes only. You are responsible for how you use the output.
4. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Audio, Recordings, and Your Content
The Service may record and store your voice and generate transcripts to provide coaching feedback. You agree you have the rights and permissions needed to provide any content you submit or record using the Service. You grant Voco a license to host, store, process, and analyze your content to provide and improve the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access systems you are not authorized to use, interfering with the Service, reverse engineering, or using the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Paddle. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Taxes may apply. You can manage billing (including cancellation) via the customer portal when available. Refunds, if any, are handled by Paddle and as required by applicable law.
8. Usage Limits and Availability
We may set and enforce usage limits (for example, free attempts and fair-use voice usage) and may change or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Intellectual Property
We and our licensors own the Service and all related intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service except as allowed by these Terms. As between you and Voco, you retain your rights to your content.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described there.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voco will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
